The Blood Bank Heir’s Revenge

Chapter 2

The violent crash tore through the night sky.

My body rolled with the car, and my forehead slammed hard against the window as warm liquid slid down my cheek and blurred my vision.

“Ethan! Ethan, how are you?!”

Vivian’s panicked voice echoed inside the cramped car.

She kicked open the twisted car door and desperately shielded Julian, who had been sitting in the passenger seat, in her arms before helping him out with extreme care.

From beginning to end, she never once looked at me, trapped in the back seat with both legs pinned tightly beneath the seat.

“Vivian…”

I struggled to open my mouth, my voice as faint as a thread.

“Save me…”

Vivian’s footsteps paused.

She turned back, her cold gaze sweeping over my mangled, bloody legs as her brows drew tight.

“Ethan, Julian has a clotting disorder, and he scraped his skin, so the bleeding has to be stopped immediately.”

“You’re just stuck, and you won’t die, so be good and wait in the car for the ambulance.”

After she said that, she supported Julian and rushed toward a taxi she had stopped by the roadside without looking back.

They sped away in a cloud of dust.

I watched the taillights disappear into the rainy night, and my heart felt like it had been crushed by an invisible hand.

Just then, a blinding red light suddenly flashed before my eyes.

Immediately after, lines of strange floating comments abruptly appeared in midair.

【Sigh, the tool-man male lead is about to be abused again.】

【He doesn’t know that he’s just the “walking blood bank” for the Oscar-winning actress’s true love. Vivian is with him just so Julian can get blood transfusions anytime.】

【Once both his legs are crippled, Vivian will naturally bring up breaking up, then turn around and get together with Julian. The two of them will use the male lead’s money and resources to become the model couple of the industry.】

【Poor thing. Before his mom died, she gave him all her shares, but he dumped everything onto that trash woman and ended up being drained of blood alive.】

I stared hard at those red words, my mind completely blank.

A walking blood bank? An ATM? Drained of blood alive?

It turned out that my years of devotion had only been an elaborate pig-butchering scam.

Agony, mixed with extreme rage, spread wildly through every inch of my body.

I bit through my lip and tasted the strong tang of blood.

I was not dead.

I, Ethan Hale, would never die just like this at the hands of a trash woman.

Using the last bit of strength in my entire body, I pulled my phone from my bag and called my private lawyer.

“Attorney Miller.”

“Cancel all resources and financial support under my name for Vivian’s studio.”

“Yes, all of it.”

“Do not leave her a single cent.”
