Reservations must be made in person

Rental fees must be paid at the time of registration to secure your requested date.
Reservations are cancelled if a check is returned from the bank for insufficient funds.
To re-instate your reservation, the rental fee plus a thirty-dollar ($30) returned check fee must be paid within ten (10) working days.
A caterer form must be filled out and approved at least four weeks prior to the event.
Reservation dates can be changed one time providing it is done at least four (4) weeks prior to the event. Otherwise cancellation fees will apply, based on the orignal date. Cancellation Fees: Prior to 60 days -- 85% refund Within 30-60 days -- 50% refund Within 30 days -- No Refund |
| The picnic grove tables are free and require no reservation. The seventy-five tables, each seating eight people, are scattered amongst the trees and swings from the Performing Arts Center to the Casino. You are encouraged to bring food and enjoy the beautiful natural setting and nearby playground facilities. |
| For reservation/rental we offer four Shelters, the Casino, the Activities Building, and The First Tee Building. Rentals can be made for individual events or on a monthly or annual basis for all your special meetings. Each facility has its own character and qualities. Click on the links to discover which are right for you. |
| The Gazebo and Memorial Garden offer beautiful backgrounds for picture taking. There is no charge for this; however, there is a charge for any function other than picture taking and a special permit must be obtained in advance at the Reservations Office. |
| 1. | The basic park rules apply: no alcoholic beverages, no pyrotechnics or smoke-generating machines, and no gambling. |
| 2. | No nails, duct tape, or tacks may be used. Only masking or scotch tape may be used for decorations. |
| 3. | No confetti, rice or similar items may be used. Bubbles are permitted outdoors only. |
| 4. | No tobacco products are permitted within park buildings. |
| 5. | No exit doors or pathways are to be blocked at any time during your function. |
| 6. | If any beverages or liquids are spilled, please clean up the area promptly. |
| 7. | All litter and garbage must be placed in proper receptacles. |
| 8. | Any Buhl Farm Trustee, Park Management, Park Ranger, Police Officer, or Fire Marshall may enter the area at any time during occupancy to ensure compliance to park rules. |
| 9. | The Renter agrees to accept responsibility for the conduct of persons attending, and for damages caused by their use, including the replacement value of any lost, stolen, damaged, or missing equipment or property. |
