The use of decorations and/or tables and chairs is prohibited in these areas.

Wedding are suitable in these areas if they are simple stand up ceremonies
with less than 75 people. Special permits can be obtained for a period of no longer than
one and a half hours from the time of arrival to departure. A fee of $350 will be charged.

Any type of sound producing or amplification device that may disturb other park users is prohibited.
|
|
4.
|
Absolutely no vehicles may be driven on the path to the Gazebo.
Cars may be parked along the road as long as all four wheels are on the roadway.

|
No horse drawn carriages are permitted in the park.
|
|
6.
|
The basic park rules apply: no alcoholic beverages, no pyrotechnics or smoke-generating machines, and no duct tape, confetti, or sparklers.

7.
|
Place all litter and garbage in proper receptacles.
|
|
8.
|
Any Buhl Farm Trustee, Park Management, Park Ranger, Police Officer, or Fire Marshall may enter the area at any time during occupancy to ensure compliance to park rules.

9.
|
The User agrees to accept responsibility for damages caused by their use, including the replacement value of any lost, stolen, damaged, or missing equipment or property.

PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE OR TOUCH THE FLOWERS!
