The ballroom is a graceful spacious air-conditioned room with windows looking out onto the verandas.
At one end is a large stage complete with a draw curtain and lighting for all types of theatrical productions.
A kitchen containing a stove, refrigerator, and sink is adjacent to the ballroom for easy food preparation, serving, and cleanup.

Hours: 8am - 8:30pm (additonal hours may be scheduled)

Arrangements can be made for opening the gates before 8am ($30 fee).
After 8:30pm, an additional Park Ranger is required ($15 per hour).

Cost: $250 for the day
|
|
If the renter wishes to reserve the casino to decorate after 1pm on the preceding day, there is an additional fee of $50.
If the building is not in use the day before, the renter may begin decorating after 5pm at no charge.
The name of the caterer, if one is used, must be provided on the Buhl Farm Park reservation.

Seating: Maximum of 250 people permitted

|
Round or long table seating can accommodate 200 people.
|

The basic park rules apply: no alcoholic beverages, no pyrotechnics or smoke-generating machines, and no duct tape, confetti, or sparklers.

The thermostats in the Casino are pre-set and cannot be changed by the Park Rangers.
|
|

Tobacco products are not permitted in the Casino or on the balconies.
|
|
4.
|
Only masking or scotch tape may be used for crepe paper, ribbons, balloons, posters, and other decorations.
|
|
5.
|
Tables and chairs may be moved as needed; however when you are finished, please replace them as they were found.
|
|
6.
|
The circled driveway may be used for loading and unloading, but no parking is permitted there during the function.
|
|
7.
|
No exit doors or pathways are to be blocked at any time during your function.
|
|
8.
|
If any beverages or liquids are spilled, please wet mop the area.
|
|
9.
|
Place all litter and garbage in proper receptacles.
|
|
10.
|
Any Buhl Farm Trustee, Park Management, Park Ranger, Police Officer, or Fire Marshall may enter the area at any time during occupancy to ensure compliance to park rules.

|
The Renter agrees to accept responsibility for damages caused by their use, including the replacement value of any lost, stolen, damaged, or missing equipment or property.
