The inside of The First Tee Building is bright and sunny with glimpses of the golf course peeking through the windows. There is a small kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and sink to help out with your party needs. The main area (25' x 28') is a carpeted room, easily set up for a meeting, lecture, or party. The building is air-conditioned and is handicap accessible.
Hours: 8am - 8pm (Not available from July 1st through Labor Day)
  Before 8am or after 8pm, a security ranger will be required for a fee of $18 per hour.
No departure can be past midnight.
Cost: $180 for a minimum of four hours -- $35 for each additional hour -- Maximum of $275
All building rentals will require an additional $100 refundable deposit.

  Be sure to include clean-up time within your rental hours (approximately one hour). Upon your departurue, the room must appear the same way it appeared when you arrived. Departure time is defined as when the building is cleared of decorations, food, and people.

If you wish to set up deocorations prior to your event, there will be a set-up fee of $25. Set-up may be done just prior to your event or on the preceding day/evening, if the room is available.
Seating: Maximum of 60 people recommended
-- tables and chairs are included in the rental price.
 
A caterer form must be filled out and approved at least four weeks prior to the event.

Parties for children and teenagers will require adequate supervision with a minimum presence
of one adult for every 10 children.

General Rules for The First Tee Building Rental

Violation of any regulations, including the maximum number of guests, will result in immediate revocation of the reservation, forfeiture of the deposit, and eviction of all guests.

1. The basic park rules apply: no alcoholic beverages, no pyrotechnics or smoke-generating machines, and no gambling.
2. No nails, duct tape, or tacks may be used. Only masking or scotch tape may be used for decorations.
3. No confetti, rice or similar items may be used. Bubbles are permitted outdoors only.
4. The thermostats are pre-set and cannot be changed by the Park Rangers.
5. Tobacco products are not permitted on the premises.
6. Tables and chairs may be moved as needed, but must be replaced as they were found.
7. Do not drive or park on the brick walkway.
8. No exit doors or pathways are to be blocked at any time during your function.
9. If any beverages or liquids are spilled, please clean up immediately. The renter will be responsible for the cost, if professional cleaners are needed to remove stains from the rug.
10. All litter and garbage must be placed in proper receptacles or your deposit will not be returned.
11. Any Buhl Farm Trustee, Park Management, Park Ranger, Police Officer, or Fire Marshall may enter the area at any time during occupancy to ensure compliance to park rules.
12. The Renter agrees to accept responsibility for the conduct of persons attending, and for damages caused by their use, including the replacement value of any lost, stolen, damaged, or missing equipment or property.
