The Buhl Farm Golf Course is a FREE public 9-hole golf course that is open mid-April to November 15th from 8am - 9pm. The golf course is considered the only free golf course in the United States! Jim Brown, driving range and course manager, and Scott Karas, First Tee Coach, are usually on hand for any questions or help.

To play, sign-in at the range center. Pull cart rentals are available for $1. Feel free to call the golf center for more information (724-962-1943).

Try your skill at the SHARON KIWANIS HOLE IN ONE CONTEST on June 22nd, 23rd, and 24th at the driving range. Later in the summer, join the fun by forming a team for either the Buhl Golf Scramble or for the Ladies Tee Off For Buhl on September 17, 2008.

Golf Course Details

-	The course is 2,378 yards long and a par of 34.
-	The opening and closing holes are par 3s and the longest of the seven par 4s is 352 yards.
-	Over 30,000 free rounds of golf are played every year.

Golfing legend Arnold Palmer plays Buhl Farm Golf Course.

Golf Course Rules

-	Each golfer must have a bag, a minimum four clubs, and a putter.
-	No children under seven are permitted on the course.
-	Children seven to eleven who have completed a formal golf instruction may play accompanied by an adult.
-	Shirts are required and no "short" shorts are permitted.
-	No alcoholic beverages are permitted.

The driving range was added to the Buhl Farm Golf Course in 1995. The range is open with the weather permitting March to October from 8am - 7pm.

There are twenty-two practice stations in total, ten with artificial carpet and twelve using natural grass. Contact Jim Brown, driving range and course manager, to arrange group practices for special events (724-962-1943).

   $2.75 for a small bucket
   $5.50 for a large bucket
