First Tee Building
The inside of The First Tee Building is bright and sunny with glimpses of the golf course peeking through the windows. There is a small kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and sink to help out with your party needs. The main area (25′ x 28′) is a carpeted room, easily set up for a meeting, lecture, or party. The building is air-conditioned and is handicap accessible.
Hours: 8am – 8pm (Not available from July 1st through Labor Day)
No departure can be past midnight.
Be sure to include clean-up time within your rental hours (approximately one hour). Upon your departure, the room must appear the same way it appeared when you arrived. Departure time is defined as when the building is cleared of decorations, food, and people.
If you wish to set up decorations prior to your event, there will be a set-up fee of $25. Set-up may be done just prior to your event or on the preceding day/evening, if the room is available.
Seating: Maximum of 60 people recommended (tables and chairs are included in the rental price).
A caterer form must be filled out and approved at least four weeks prior to the event.
Parties for children and teenagers will require adequate supervision with a minimum presence
of one adult for every 10 children.
First Tee Building Pricing
Before 8am or after 8pm, a security ranger will be required for a fee of $18 per hour.
Cost: $180 for a minimum of four hours
$35 for each additional hour
Maximum of $275
All building rentals will require an additional $100 refundable deposit.
